During upper blepharoplasty, our board-certified plastic surgeon make a small incision along the natural crease of the upper eyelid. This allows for the removal of excess skin, fat, and sometimes muscle, resulting in a smoother, more defined eyelid contour. The incision is carefully closed to minimize visible scarring, and because it follows the natural crease of the eyelid, it is well-concealed once healed.
